How does the recipient receive the gift certificate?
You have the option to have the gift certificate sent to the recipient via e-mail, or you can print it out and personally deliver it.
How does the recipient redeem the gift certificate?
There are several ways. When a gift certificate is delivered to the recipient, instructions will be given on how to redeem it.
Does the gift certificate recipient need to have a PayPal account?
Yes. This is intended as a security measure. If the recipient does not have a PayPal account, he/she will be able to create one upon redeeming the gift certificate.
What is the gift certificate cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be made within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please review the Terms & Conditions page on the PayPal website for more details.
