What is your return & exchange policy?
All full-priced domestic orders are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the time that you receive your order. Please do not send returns until you e-mail NOT2WO first to obtain a return authorization, and you will be provided with instructions on how to send the shipment back.
Kindly be aware that return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
Only items that are in the same new condition as they were originally sent to you will be eligible for return/exchange. Returned merchandise should have all labels and packaging intact, must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains and scents. Please understand that NOT2WO reserves the right to decline your return if the item(s) you send back does not satisfy the above requirements.
Return: The full purchase amount of the item(s) will be happily refunded back to your original method of payment once the returned merchandise is received and inspected to satisfaction. Please note that the original shipping & handling charge will not be refunded.
Exchange: An exchange will be gladly offered once the returned merchandise is received and inspected to satisfaction. You will be credited/charged based on the price difference of the exchanged item(s). Please note that the original shipping & handling charge will not be refunded. However, outbound shipping & handling is free (Standard Shipping Only).
All international orders and marked down items are final sales.
